How to request deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted, send an email from the email address (or mentioning the phone number) registered with your PaisaFactory account:

• Email: noreply@paisafactory.in
• Subject: “Delete my PaisaFactory account”
• Include: your registered phone number and/or email so we can verify your identity.

Alternatively, call us at +91 95714 06060. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What gets deleted

Once your identity is verified, we will delete the personal data linked to your account, including:

• Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)
• Login credentials and authentication data
• Leads, applications, earnings, and withdrawal records you created, where not required to be retained by law
• Device and usage data tied to your account

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where we are legally or contractually required to keep it, including:

• Records needed to comply with financial, tax, audit, anti-fraud, and regulatory obligations (e.g. KYC and transaction records linked to processed loan applications)
• Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

Retained data is kept only for as long as required by applicable law and is then securely deleted or anonymised.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request and complete deletion of eligible data within 30 days. If a longer period is required for legally retained data, we will inform you of the applicable retention period.
